What is the Cadet Reference Group? |

The Cadet Reference Group (CRG) is an intra-cadet group which provides a voice for cadets on topics that affect Cadets within the AAFC. The CRG operates at three levels; Squadron, Wing and National. Ideas from Cadets are passed through the CRG levels. The ideas are then submitted by the National CRG for consideration by the Defence Force.

The 1 Wing CRG meets around 4-5 times a year to represent the views all AAFC cadets from every squadron within 1 Wing with regards to policy, ground and air training, logistics and generally enhancing the cadet experience. On top of this group is taking an active interest in recruiting and is also planning another Cadet Ball for 2006.
