What is the Cadet Reference Group? |

The Cadet Reference Group (CRG) is an intra-cadet group which provides a voice for cadets on topics that affect Cadets within the AAFC. The CRG operates at three levels; Squadron, Wing and National. Ideas from Cadets are passed through the CRG levels. The ideas are then submitted by the National CRG for consideration by the Defence Force. |

The 1 Wing CRG meets around 4-5 times a year to represent the views all AAFC cadets from every squadron within 1 Wing with regards to policy, ground and air training, logistics and generally enhancing the cadet experience. |
